Director
A leading Fiduciary Services business if looking for a Director to join who will design, deliver and evaluate client services according to agreed service line strategic goals. This will deliver performance outcomes as decided upon my stakeholder requirements.
Being a global finance centre the firm are looking for exceptional talent to join the Guernsey team. The right profile will be able to manage a portfolio of client relationships as well as act as Director for companies administered. This is a senior appointment and they firm will be looking for a strategic lead, contribution to development, implementation and evaluation of the service line business plans. This is a client care role as well so will need a candidate who have very detailed and extensive stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Technical skills required are a qualification such as;- ACA, ACCA, ICSA or Step. As well as a broad understanding of Fiduciary products, ideally closed ended fund knowledge and business development will be required.
You will possess a minimum of five years' experience acquired within a trust and fiduciary context and have a good knowledge of multi-jurisdictional tax and legal principles. Highly developed communication skills and a natural client facing demeanour will be taken as a given. Evidence of a natural sales/marketing orientation would be helpful.
The salary range is £90,000 to £125,000 with a bonus (the scope of which is dependent on the delivery of budget goals).
