Director - Ratings Advisory
Our client is seeking to hire a Director level Corporate Ratings professional for a senior role within their ratings advisory team
The Role
- Operate in the capacity of an in-house rating expert with specific responsibility of doing ratings assessment for transactions being led by Structured Acquisition Finance, Debt Capital Markets and Event Finance
- Development of junior members of the team
- Ratings analysis - review work by team, make recommendations
- Pitching - play a lead role in preparing pitch related work
- Structuring - Review financial model outputs and form a view on rating
- Legal - Assess the key terms of legal documentation
- Due Dilligence - consider due dilligence findings
- Deal Management - act as lead on transactions where there is a rating advisory mandate
- People development/management
The Individual
5+ years in a corporate ratings environment at VP or Director level
