Robert Half is representing a City based Corporate Banking organisaton to hire someone with previous experience within Trade Finance, to work within a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. There is a definite chance at the end of the contract for the role to go permanent too.

The Role

Robert Half are representing a City based Corporate Banking organisaton to hire someone with previous experience within Trade Finance, to work within a 12-month Fixed-Term Contract. The role covers all aspects of operations back-office recruitment relating to Trade Finance. Previous Operations experience is essential for this role, as well been able to start asap i.e. immediately, or on a 1- week notice period. Area of Responsibility · Coordination for Issuance and subsequent management of trade products such as Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, LC discounting, Invoice discounting, LC negotiation, LC advising Buyers Credit· Speaking to customers on operational issues related to trade· Handling customer queries, attending adhoc requirement of trade customers, communication coordination with counterparties/Agents (financial institutions) for smooth transaction· Monitoring regulatory/legal issues related to trade products· Monitoring of limit set-up, limit availability, KYC and AML guidelines· Preparation of MIs and reporting related to these products

Salary Benefits
