About our client
A very successful mid market private equity fund, now raising its second fund with a strong team, great dealflow and an emerging track record with several successful exits already.
Responsibilities
- Deal leadership – full responsibility for the management of the investment process
- Active engagement with portfolio companies – must be able to contribute real knowledge and experience to add value
- The right candidate will join on a track to partnership and playing a leading role in the management and future strategy of the business
Skills we’re looking for
- Highly developed MA skills from a bulge bracket bank, and / or leading private equity firm
- Capable of leading all aspects of a new deal, both technically and in terms of personal gravitas and credibility
- Must be able to demonstrate strong operational management experience, ideally from a Mittelstand firm where you have had PL responsibility and made a major contribution to the company’s success
- Excellent academic background
- Must be a native German speaker with fluent English and sophisticated interpersonal skills
