Director, Back Office TREASURY recruitment
- Ensure that all transactions are processed, settled and recorded promptly and efficiently and in accordance with the Bank’s and Management guidelines.
- Closely monitor and resolve operations and settlement risks identified
- Participate in ad-hoc management projects and systems enhancements
- Liaise with Middle Office, and Front Office, Investment and Risk Department to ensure smooth and efficient flow of transaction processing and prompt follow up on any discrepancies
- Identify exceptions and discrepancies and submit for management approval
- Improvement of department work process
- Manager team performance and training needs
- Staff recruitment
Department Overview:
- Strong experience in treasury products and treasury derivatives
- Investment banking, private banking or local bank experience
- Degree holder with supervisory experienced preferred
