Director-Banking Service Training recruitment
Key responsibilities are to deliver training courses and other training services on payment cash management, trade, treasury and securities to the customers using different delivery channels - public classroom, in-house, webclass
We would expect the role to evolve, according to the ability of the successful candidate, to include other responsibilities such as business consulting. Also, assisting the sales teams to prepare proposals and with customer meetings.
In line with consulting and training services engagement, you will deliver chargeable services to the customers and will be involved with many different departments within an institution: operation, information technology, information security, technical infrastructure and networks
Knowledge transfer, training delivery, and presentation skills are key to deliver training services to the customers to ensure quality and satisfaction. A positive learning attitude is important to keep updating product and business knowledge.
Requirements
Education

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience. Master degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in financial services or related industry.
- Experience in an education or internal training role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of banking products, services is a must.
- Fluent in English and one other language for the Asia Pacific markets.
