Director Broker/Dealer Relationships recruitment
Leads strategic thinking on actions designed to identify and develop appropriate level of business relationship across AM with broker/dealers (including input on communication, products and services to the B/D). Ensure Broker/Dealers with which BNYM AM does business is looking at services and relationship in context of full AM organization. In connection with AM Legal, will ensure Broker/Dealer agreements are consistent and in keeping with Asset Management standards, or understand deviations. Will track aggregate Broker/Dealer performance and effectiveness across all trading desks. This role will supplement individual subsidiary business relationships with B/Ds.
10+ years of professional experience; direct experience in managing broker/dealer relationships with similar scope of responsibilities. Advanced degree preferred. Possesses excellent communication skills and an in-depth knowledge of the firms products and services.
