The Role
You will provide consultancy services on clients' card portfolio performance. Assignments will be performed at APAC as well as CEMEA markets with an emphasis on improving cardholder life cycle and overall portfolio management and composition.
You shall conceive, design and implement standardized consulting solutions for institutional clients. Develop and enhance tools such as standardized questionnaires, report formats, benchmark references. Develop approaches and frameworks that are mindful of organizational and cross-cultural differences
You will conduct client assignments as the principal consultant, bringing deep subject matter expertise, strategic insight and practical knowhow to benefit the clients.
Your Profile
Ideally, you should have in-depth knowledge of the cards and payments gained through at least 10 years in an issuing bank. You have good understanding of card issuers' PL and critical factors in driving profitability. Preferably experience in several key issuer business areas, such as portfolio management, marketing, product management, operations, risk management, for both credit and debit cards.
Strong academic credentials, with relevant undergraduate degree and MBA or graduate degree preferred. Some consulting experience preferred with project management and/or process re-engineering credentials helpful. Superior analytical and problem solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor. You have excellent project management skills, able to work independently and have excellent communication skills. Ability to travel on short notice.
