Director, Capital Markets Sales recruitment
* Being the primary point of contact for any new deal to assess the scope of market product opportunities
* Being the quarterback throughout the deal process for any new client deals where there are cross capital markets products.
* Being the quarterback for cross Market Products up-sell opportunities and/or single product up-sell opportunities to complex strategic clients.
* Work in collaboration with Sales Distribution and technical sales colleagues to execute a best in class sales process through the use of the Master Class process .
* Aggressively pursue clients/prospects with a determined effort to further sell capital markets products while preserving goodwill and a professional image.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven knowledge of portfolio management, securities lending, capital markets and FX and the wider financial industry.
* Proven experience selling, managing relationships in complex, multi-level organizations
* Orientation towards disciplined strategic business development processes.
* Highly skilled in preparing written and oral presentations.
* Refined interpersonal skills.
* Expert negotiation skills.
* University degree, plus CFA or technical equivalent
* The incumbent must be a polished individual, comfortable dealing in boardroom environments or with administrative staff. An extremely detailed and diverse knowledge of business sectors, current business developments, market trends, financial products and services are required to effectively communicate with and gain the confidence of clientele.
