A global financial services institution is currently seeking a qualified accountant to join their Internal Audit function. This is an outstanding opportunity for you to establish your career at a key player in global capital markets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Auditor to take command of the UK Internal Audit function at this US listed client. This is a standalone role with responsibility for the EMEA region. You will be required to plan and execute financial, operational and SOx audits across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analytical approach when reviewing information, assess the audit results and the adequacy of existing controls
- Supervise and develop staff auditors
- Planning of audits, develop budgets and timeframe for completion
- Summarize findings and recommendations to the business
- Ensure proper controls and procedures are in place
The successful candidate will be an experienced and accomplished internal auditor and have an appropriate accountancy qualification. Knowledge and experience of auditing in Capital Markets will be of advantage.
