Our client is a global bank offering a full range of investment banking, corporate banking and retail bank network across Asia.
It has strong deep and broad corporate relationships and leading transaction banking products and services.
The role
With a solid global Transaction Banking platform, the main responsibility for this role is to manage a portfolio of MNC and Large Local Corporate clients. As a product leader you will develop and implement growth strategy for clients.
Responsibilities include;
Working closely with Relationship Managers, responsible for developing and selling a wide range of tailored cash management solutions primarily to Hong Kong based corporate customers
- Innovate and drive Cash Management sales strategy
- Drive significant cash revenue and product sales targets by using a consultative sales approach
- Liaise with Implementation, Operations, Marketing, Product Management and other technical teams to ensure high quality delivery throughout the sales process.
- Monitor and manage trade and cash product utilization
- Provide inputs to Product Management on customer needs, trends market intelligence and assist in new product development.
- Raise the profile of the bank and ensure an increase in the Bank’s overall presence in the trade and cash business.
The person
This is a senior position and you will need to make a positive contribution to the group quickly. You will also have;
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Corporate Banking in the region
- University graduate with excellent solid relevant commercial banking experience, preferably in cash product sales
- Experienced in cash products development
- Good understanding of the banking systems and operations.
- Sound knowledge in banking products, banking practices and regulations.
- Solid product knowledge on Transaction Banking including Cash Management. Supply Chain Management, Trade, Securities Services etc would be advantageous.
- Strong IT knowledge with experience in e-commerce and cash management products/ projects management.
- Strong analytical skill with strategic thinking.
- Good project management and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills
