Transfer Agent Team Member recruitment
The role will report to the Head of Operations Oversight and will involve completing planned activities on the Client Management sub-project as directed by the Project Manager and the Head of Operations Oversight. The role is envisaged to last 12 months.
The Client Management sub-project involves carrying out due diligence on existing clients and changing on-boarding and account opening procedures to ensure compliance with FATCA. The project requires collaboration between the Project Team, Oversight, Client Services, Distribution, Property Operations and a variety of Transfer Agents and External Distributors in order to achieve its goal.
Liaise with third party transfer agents and custodians to shape new FATCA services and ensure they are compliant and introduced by the required IRS milestones
Negotiate amendments to existing service level agreements and contracts in respect to these new FATCA services
Work alongside the project analysts and existing oversight/client services/property personnel to capture as is and to be process flows
The role requires candidates who have either been a Transfer Agents or worked alongside a TA and understands the role. FATCA knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
