Director, Compensation & Benefits

 

This person will run the compensation and benefits program across this financial services organization. Thie right person for this role must be an innovative thinker who drives the management and development of the compensation and benefits plans globally for the firm. The person will have proven successful in other firms, and have a strong career focus as well as network to help bring new and innovative ideas to the table.

 

The right candidate will have 15+ years within Compensation and Benefits and an advanced degree within human resources management.  The individual MUST be coming out of the financial services industry.  This person must understand regulatory and compliance issues as well have a strong communication skills to be able to present and recommend strategic decisions related to compensation and benefit programs.
