Director, Conduct Risk Assessment -CONTRACT
The conduct risk programme will build the framework for the management of conduct risk across the bank. This is a key programme within the bank and is also a key focus for the regulators. This particular role will drive the strategy and MI workstream to support Conduct Risk across the group.
Key accountabilities;
- Drive current state assessments of management of conduct risk within relevant business units
- Drive the assessment of the design and operating effectiveness of the controls
- Identify strengths and weaknesses in the business’s management of conduct risk
- Provide advice and guidance on the group conduct risk framework
Qualifications and skills;
- Understanding of key controls relating to customer/conduct risk
- Knowledge of the regulatory environment and developments in particular an understanding of the FCA’s approach and objectives
- Ability to manage reporting lines and relationships across multiple disciplines
- Ability to interpret and practice integrated risk management
