Director/ Executive Director, Private Debt Investments, Investment Firm
Our client is a leading international investment firm. They have been establised for many years and built a solid reputation as a solid, sophisticated lender.
They have a successful private debt team, which has already developed a strong presence in private lending and finance. They lend to enable clients to achieve their commercial and strategic objectives - whether a management buyout, expansion capital or to make acquisition. They lend through a range of creative structures and are innovative.
The fund is now looking to add a Director to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of private debt mandates. A senior role, you will be responsible for the full scope of meeting borrowers, structuring deals, credit agreements and portfolio management.
You will work in either leveraged finance, financial sponsors, private equity equity, mezzanine or debt finance and have strong relationships with the broad investment community. It is likely that you will be at the Director/ Executive Director level already, and probably have at least 8-10 years experience in the field. The successful candidate, could, however, have a lot more experience than this.
The succesful candidates will have very good UK relationships.
