· Strong academic background
· More than 10 years of relevant work experience
· Broad consulting and project management skills
· Good language skills ( Fluent in Dutch, French and English)
· Results focused;
· A team player that can make things change by bringing in your own drive and motivation;
· Good communication skills, to both smoothly work with colleagues, and to convince clients of one's ideas;
· A desire to drive business development activities, such as eminence building, development of client relationships, ...
· Experience with qualitative aspects of risk management, such as governance, risk policies, risk reporting, risk appetite, risk culture, ERM frameworks, ...
· A well developed prior knowledge of current regulatory topics, in the capital/liquidity domain in preferable both in banking and insurance.
· A solid grasp on the links between regulation and other aspects of our service portfolio, is an asset (e.g. mathematical modeling, accounting issues for the financial industry, ...)
