Job description
As a Director you will be a Board member and you will have to:
- control and realize all tasks and decisions on the owner's behalf
- ensure all substantive requirements
- coordinate the board meetings
- control and monitor the finance and accounting tasks
- be the key contact with government agencies, banks and auditors
Who we are looking for
- You have a successfull experience in corporate management or have a related profession such as corporate secretary, auditor, lawyer or tax consultant
- You have a good knowledge of corporate, commercial and tax law requirements
- You are fluent in English and German
- You are objective driven
- A cross-cultural experience is an asset
