Director, Global Client Services
This role will require expertise in effectively onboarding customers, improving customer retention through product engagement, and identifying opportunities to sell and cross sell.
This is a leadership role and will be responsible for developing and implementing a customer service strategy, recruitment, development and management of a highly dedicated and passionate client service team, deploying outreach and marketing campaigns, and to develop and implement best in class client service strategies.
Our client is seeking a candidate that has demonstrated a track record of implementing and developing successful client service strategies in a multi-national B2B organization, a strong level of competence in utilizing customer metrics and CRM to inform segmentation and profiling, experience in implementing technologies and/or technology partners to enhance efficiencies and or deliver to strategic objectives. Must possess several years experience of people management, directly and/or through managers, be an excellent communicator, collaborator and innovator.
Bachelors degreeand experience in financial services necessary.
