Director, Head of Strategic marketing / products and services – International Wealth Management recruitment
We offer you to join as the manager of this team, as Head of International Wealth Management "Customer proposition".
This senior management position is responsible for defining / desining the "Customer proposition" for each market segment and to deliver it to the Marketing and Sales teams:
Business domains / customer segments
- Corporate and Trust businesses in the Channel Islands / Isle of Man, including financial intermediaries and trusts
- Retail bank clients in the Islands with a full product and service set
- International mass affluent and affluent customers (investments, savings, international banking and tax advice)
- High Networth inviduals
Responsibilities
- To design the overall service proposition for customers in each segment, and source the products and services required to deliver it to international front line teams (marketing and sales)

Collect and analyse customer insight, competitor analysis and front line feedback to deliver competitive customer offering

Build and lead a world class team of "Customer Proposition" professionals
Profile
As a senior manager you have a strong track record in international banking, combining soundable experience in retail banking, private banking and wealth management
- 15+ years of experience in at least 2 of the targeted maket segments
- English fluent, other languages a plus
- Analytical minded, performance oriented
- strong leadership, outstanding communication skils as required in a large / international firm
The position is based in Geneva, in London or in the Islands (Jersey / Guernesey)
