Director, HR Advisor, Private Banking (Team Lead) – Hong Kong recruitment
ROLE SUMMARY:
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide proactive strategic HR advice to the business that enables and enhances results
Execute HR best practices and processes partnering with business and the wider HR community
Provide leadership, coaching and guidance to team members
Promote and maintain positive working partnerships between the business and HR
Drive principled adherence to governance in all relevant aspects
TO QUALIFY YOU MUST POSSESS:
Broad knowledge and experience of HR best practice
Strong Private Banking business acumen
University degree or equivalent education in Human Resources Management
Results-oriented with a superior ability to deliver
Exceptional problem solving, conflict resolution, analytical and influencing skills
Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, matrixed and cross divisional environment
Local language skills (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
