Director – HR Business Partner (based in Singapore) recruitment
Our client is a top tier bank with strong presence in APAC. Due to change in strategy, they are looking for a high caliber professional to join their HR team as a Business Partner.
In this role you will be the interface between Business and the specialist HR units. You will support the line managers with staffing and succession planning issues, change management and business intelligence gathering. You will be responsible for designing an integrated HR approach for your specific Business Unit. You will provide consultative advise to managers with personnel and other HR related matters.
To succeed in this role, you will have a University degree in HR or related discipline with a minimum of 10 years hands on Business Partnering experience, preferably within banking. Be tactful in handling sensitive situations with a focus on business and customer satisfaction. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to work with all level of staff in a fast paced and at times challenging environment. English and Mandarin are a pre requisite for this role.
