Director, In House M&A and Strategy – FTSE 100 recruitment
Our client is a major FTSE business, who are now looking to add a Director to their In House MA and Business Development team.
You will have involvement in the following activities:
- Working on the execution of MA activity with a global remit;
- Building key relationships with global/UK based MA bankers
- Manage transactions where appropriate
- Coordinating resources to develop a comprehensive and joined-up bid for acquisition
- Project managing the inputs to develop a cohesive view of the synergies and value in an acquisitio
- Liaising with internal and external lawyers, MA bankers, accountants
Candidate background
Candidates may come from a range of backgrounds including as follows:
- Senior VP or Director level professionals from major investment banks
- VP level/ + professionals from private equity firms
- Corporate development professionals, at the Director level, from other firms
- Engagement Managers from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, Marakon
- Candidates will probably have at least 10 years experience
