Our client is a well known financial institution with strong influence in the region.
Leading a group of high calibre associate directors, your team will focus on providing strategic analysis and diagnosis of your client’s developmental needs. This includes thorough gap analysis of the business and people capabilities, designing the appropriate framework, and finally recommending the interventions and programs.
This role has a heavy business partnering element to it. You will then work with either external vendors or internal curriculum designers to customise relevant programs for execution (stand-up training etc).
You should degree qualified with 15-20 years of working with business leaders on learning and development strategies. As this is a leadership role, you should a proven leader of a small team. Experience in the financial industry will be preferred.
