My client is a leading international bank who is currently looking to expand their FX Sales team in Hong Kong with an experienced Institutional FX Sales person. The role will cover the Pan-Asian region with a focus in Hong Kong and Global Hedge Funds and Asset Managers.
Responsibilities for FX, Institutional, Sales, Hong Kong, Asia
• Expanding the current regional coverage to further penetrate the HK market (Hedge Funds and Asset Managers).
Skills / Attributes for FX, Institutional, Sales, Hong Kong, Asia
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Has active and existing client base mainly Hedge Funds and Asset Managers in HK and globally
- Be currently situated in Hong Kong
- Fluency in English and Mandarin/Cantonese a plus
• Have a solid educational background with a finance focus.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and influencing skills with strong communications and presentation skills
• Extensive experience with international currency markets, including impact of economic and political factors
• Extensive experience with foreign exchange trading instruments
• Knowledge of emerging trends in the industry
• Strong ability to make sound business decisions, under pressure.
• Creative problem solving skills with the ability to quickly identify, recommend, and implement solutions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
