Director, Leveraged Finance,
Our client is a major provider of acquisition finance and has built up a superb reputation with private equity sponsors in backing buyouts and financings.
They are now looking to add a Director level professional to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of mandates for the bank. This will include, inter alia, building and developing relationships with private equity funds, executing the lending deal (credit analysis, structuring of financing, managing the documentation process, managing the execution) and management of the transaction.
We are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- Assistant Directors/ VPs/ Directors with private equity funds
- Assistant Directors/ VPs/ Directors with the leveraged finance teams of other lenders
- Leveraged finance bankers
- You will probably have at least 8-10 years experience +
