Director of Audit
You will have:
- Demonstrate-able experience working within an Investment Banking function.
- A controls background, ideally Internal Audit.
- Proven experience working at a senior level and facing off to senior/director level stakeholders.
- An adaptable personality with the ability to drive change and work to tight delivery deadlines.
The role:
This individual will have responsibility for leading and developing a team of between 4-6 direct reports; Creating their own audit plan and working front to back across the business reporting to key stakeholders right up to Executive level.
We are looking for a delivery focused individual who is also a great communicator and can convey crisp and direct messages in an impactful manner. You will be unflappable under pressure and be able to demonstrate leadership and development to a small Audit team.
The audits will work front to back with the business and cover all areas of the bank, excluding Technology.
