Director of Business Development and M&A (US MNC) recruitment
Our client is one of the leading players in their industry, with their business focused on the consumer technology industry. They have been experiencing very strong business growth in recent years. Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for a high caliber Director for Business Development to lead their expansion plans in the region.
This position will direct and oversee the Asia Pacific region's strategic business programs and initiatives. You will look into financial modeling and feasibility studies to assess the suitability of potential acquisition targets in the region. You will perform market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities. This role will provide strategic advice to the senior management on the suitability of potential targets.
This is a high profile role with good business growth potential.
Ideally you are a degree qualified with at least 10 year's post graduation experience gained from blue chip consulting firms, corporate finance divisions within the Big 4 Accounting firms, or a corporate finance role in progressive multinationals. You would have spent recent years in an MA role, and have the experience in leading projects from an end to end perspective. You have strong analytical skills and are well versed in financial modelling skills.
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrate a high level of drive. You possess strong business acumen and have a passion for MA work.
