Director of Chief Architect
Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for architecting, designing and developing infrastructure and backbone to support variety of asset class financial application.
2. Responsible for enterprise architect for all fixed income products electronic and voice trading system architecture, and accountable for all major decisions concerning systems architecture, design, performance, scalability, robustness and project deliveries.
3. Work in all phases of software development, design patterns, and development methodologies. Acting as a mentor to help the technical lead and programmer to improve development efficiency and the whole technical environment.
4. Analyze and provide technical solutions and guidelines to highly complex problems and participate in the system optimization
5. Develop statements of requirements for a solution that specifies the capabilities and functionality that would best meet the client’s requirements.
Top 3 Requirements
1. Proven 10+ years extensive backbone architecturing experience, broad knowledge of architecture tool and knowledge about architecture design methodology and tools such as C++, Linux and hard ware experience as well.
2. Mass-user project management experience and capabilities to manage in a matrix environment, exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
3. Good experience in analyzing, designing and developing solutions to highly complex problems; and expert knowledge of programming languages, application and database.
Special Requirements
1.. At least Master Degree of Information System, Computer Science, mathematics or related area from top Universities.
2. Logical and analytical mind, strong problem solving skills. Able to handle high pressure situations
3. Very solid communication and negotiation skills both in English and Chinese
4. Experience and knowledge of quant, and algorithm would be plus.
