Director of Customer Experience & Management, Regional Role, based in Hong Kong recruitment

Our client is an International Financial Institution focusing on Consumer markets. To provide strategic direction to business units through better understanding of customers and driving effective customer campaigns, a newly created opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Experience Management professional to join the Regional Customer Marketing team, based in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the Regional Head of Customer Marketing, you will be responsible for end-to-end customer experience management in Asia including identifying key customer touch points, improving service delivery levels and customer satisfaction, driving and implementing programs and projects to meet and exceed satisfaction / service levels.  Working directly with the business units and customer services teams, you will define target customer experience and touch points, develop and drive effective programs and customer satisfaction surveys, define service delivery standards, set up customer satisfaction measures and KPIs.  Additionally, you will be involved in customer retention strategies, customer communications, customer contact strategy and identifying touch points to increase sales opportunities and improve customer experience.  This is an exciting opportunity to assist on business growth, working directly with business and customers with opportunities to influence sales strategy and services.
