Your Role

It is your mission to be a strategic financial partner to the Jeanswear Sourcing and Manufacturing organizations. This is a key role within the Company as we continually look for financial improvement in our Supply Chain – both in lowering product costs and reducing inventory levels. You’ll be based in Bornem and report to the Supply Chain Finance Director (who is based in Lugano).

Your Job

Your specific responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Provide financial direction and support to the sourcing and manufacturing organizations, partnering with these teams to lower product costs, leverage our supply chain and improve inventory efficiencies

• Oversee development of product standards for both sourced and internally manufactured product (working with the Brand Finance teams)

• Prepare the 5-year strategic plan, annual financial plan and monthly forecasts for variances to the financial standards.

• Oversee the budgeting process for the manufacturing and sourcing operations.

• Provide financial analysis and review of inventory (values, days and excess levels) and related distressed reserves for all financial projection periods.

• Monitor performance against the above financial projections; identifying corrective action to be taken as needed to maintain profitability levels

• Participate in financial reviews with the US Corporate financial team

• Responsible for SOX controls surrounding areas of inventory and related provisions, margin variances and standard cost settings

Profile

• University degree in Finance/Accounting

• At least 5 to 10 years experience as manager/business analyst/controller with exposure to supply chain finance

• Experience in consumer products preferred

• Very good knowledge of excel

• Fluent in English
