Director of Engineering/Architecture

What you need for this position:

- Bachelors in Computer Science
- 10+ years hands on experience building scalable solutions in Java
- Solid technical skills in Java, Spring, Hibernate, Velocity, JMS, Linux, Oracle
- Experience with distributed systems, Hadoop, HBase, Hive, Pig
- Extensive domain experience in display advertising (behavioral targeting, Ad serving, analytics, optimization, real time bidding, reporting, campaigns, segmentation)

NOTE: Startup experience required
