Finance Director – 6 month project (potential to permanent) recruitment
The Company
Our client is a well established MNC. It is now looking for a capable Finance Director to head their dynamic Accounting and Finance team.
The Role
You will be responsible for reporting and review of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and/or IFRS as needed, coordinate statutory reporting and tax documentation across APAC, oversee budgetary planning and ensure key accounting managers maintain proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS accounting. In addition, you will manage a range of ad-hoc projects including acquisitions, disposals, new legal entity set up and corporate restructuring. You will be leading a team of 15 staffs in Singapore and will have some direct report overseas. You must be able to cope with a dynamic and fast growing environment as the company has aggressive plan for growth over the next 2 years.
Your Profile
The candidate must be a degree holder in Accounting or Finance. You will have a minimum 12 years of experience working in a fast paced APAC environment with an additional of 6 years management experience. Technically adept with US GAAP or IFRS preferred.
