Director of Ethics recruitment

The main duties of the successful candidate will include the following:

• Providing front line support of the Compliance and Ethics program

• Overseeing the ethics-related activities of personnel domiciled in the business who serve as ethics liaisons.

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of the Code of Conduct and various ethics-related policies and procedures

• Providing ethics training for employees.

• Researching and analyse complex legal issues and interpret statutes, regulations, guidance, international conventions and directives

You will possess 8-10+ years experience in an in-house legal or law firm environment. Previous experience in development and management of comprehensive compliance programs and investigations of compliance or human resources matters is desirable. Experience working with international companies and with differing work styles and cultures. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, but not required.
