Director of Finance and Development
This is a senior level position within the organisation and the post-holder will be required to actively promote the Christian ethos and values of the organisation internally and externally. This may involve conducting Christian acts of worship and participating in the taking services in partner Christian churches, praying with staff and church community leaders.
The aims of the role are to take full responsibility of the management accounting and accounts preparation, ensure all financial functions are maintained and to act as company secretary. In this leadership role other duties will be facility management, human resources and the need to be a positive role model for the Christian vision and values of the organisation.
