Project Officer

Hay have been appointed to recruit a project officer for a well know public body.

The successful candidate will provide a range of administrative functions and support services to the Senior Development Officer and stakeholders; delivering all associated financial administrative processes and procedures. 

You will be responsible for

- Preparing claims and budget variance reporting
- Providing information and guidance to stakeholders 
- Registering invoices
- Monitoring the project progress and reporting to stakeholders in accordance with procedures and statutory       obligations
- Providing research and retrieval services to Economic Development Officers and stakeholders
- Organising meetings and events; issue agenda and take minutes
- Providing, presenting and accounting for audit verification checks 

Essential Criteria;

- 3 GCSE's Grade 'C' or above
- 2 A Levels or equivalent level of qualification in different subjects

You must have a minimum of 4/5 years administrative experience and have a knowledge of sound financial practices, procedures and systems.  You will need to be extremely organised with excellent communication skills.
