Director of Forensic Services recruitment
One of theIreland's leading professional services firms is seeking to appoint a Director of Forensic Services to their well established Forensic Dispute Services team.
This opportunity requires a market savvy individual with strong commercial acumen and interpersonal skills. Initial focus is to be directed internally at team development and cohesion while completing several assignments before gaining an outward focus of business development working with internal and external referral partners.
Joining one of the largest forensic teams in the market where reputation for business prowess and achieving outstanding results would see you move into partnership level in due course of continued success and development of the practice.
Key Requirements:
- 8-10 years post-qualification experience having spent the majority of this time in practice and/or forensic environment, ideally 'Big 4' trained
- Knowledge of turnaround, corporate recovery and insolvency process
- High level of computer literacy
- Keen attention to detail and a cautious thorough approach to all matters
Highly developed interpersonal skills, relationship development and management experience - A personality robust enough to deal with litigators
- Persuasive communication (verbal and written) and sharp memory skills
The remuneration package will comprise of above market salary and at director level includes extremely competitive performance based bonuses along with a flexible benefits package. It is expected that the successful candidate will be groomed into Partner level in accordance with their success.
