Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the HR Transformation and Change Management consultancy team to develop and implement HRIS programmes across all HR functions for global clients
- Lead the HRIS team to identify and gather client requirements, provide recommendations on HRIS solutions and data strategies, and manage vendor selection activities
- Manage multiple HRIS consultancy and implementation programmes, ensuring they are delivered within agreed scope, budgets, and timescales
- Deliver IT solutions and provide Subject Matter Expert advisory and support
- Provide strong leadership and management - recruit, train, coach, mentor the HRIS team members
- Develop new and existing client relationships, and implement business development strategies to generate consultancy projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of HRIS project management experience, mostly gained from consultancy firm
- Strong experience in HRIS implementation, with expert HR technology knowledge (incl. SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle, Workday etc.)
- Proven business development and project management skills
- Good knowledge of HR practices and commercial awareness
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin, additional Cantonese language advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships at all levels
- Flexibility and ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Strong organisational and time management skills
