Biggs-Gridley Memorial Hospital is located in Gridley, California, a rural community with strong local support, centrally located between the coast and the mountains, 1 hour north of Sacramento. Our facility is a Critical Access Hospital serving the communities of Biggs, Gridley, Richvale and Live Oak. BGMH has 21 distinct part skilled nursing beds, a 4 bed critical care unit, 20 medical surgical beds and a busy Emergency Department with 6 exam rooms. Biggs-Gridley Memorial Hospital is looking for a full time Director of Human Resources managing the administrative and human resource areas of the hospital. The incumbent is also responsible for planning, organizing, directing, reviewing, evaluating, and controlling human resource activities. Bachelors Degree required with emphasis or certification in Human Resources desirable. A minimum of five years, preferably ten years related experience. Healthcare experience preferred. Must have an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to demonstrate an acute and working understanding of the administrative and human resource areas.
