SUMMARY:
Join our growing and dynamic Strategic Planning and Execution organization within Business Insurance. Participate in all business analysis functions with the exception of Enterprise Architecture.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
-Create and/or provide input to project plans as they pertain to requirements
-Conduct interviews/gather information with subject matter experts enabling them to articulate the capabilities they need to meet their objectives
-Build and update artifacts as required by the project; ensure that all diagrams and descriptions are complete and consistent
-Facilitates and manages the development of business requirements with subject matter experts
-Ensure preparation of Requirements Specification documentation as required by the project
-Provide expertise on the tools that the Delivery Methodology recommends for requirements modeling, review, documentation and management
-Understand and use the components of the Delivery Methodology that focus on requirements
-Serve as lead for requirements on small to complex projects
-Serve as lead on business process improvement efforts
-Ensure that test conditions and test scripts are created and validated for user acceptance testing
-Manage requirements review sessions
-Manage requirements traceability and change request process

EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Certification preferred

WORK EXPERIENCE:
-Minimum of 5 years BA experience
-Solid Knowledge of the requirements life cycle, requirements analysis approaches, and management techniques
