IBA Molecular manufactures and delivers PET (Positron Emission Tomography) radiopharmaceuticals used to detect cancer.
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Director of IT to join our growing team in Dulles, VA.
The Director of IT provides leadership and management to the Information Technology function in the US. Charged to operate and maintain computing, telecommunication, equipment and services that meet the needs of the organization; Responsible for all aspects of information technology management and control, including supervision of IT employees, budget preparation and management, and development of guidelines, SOPs’ and strategic planning.

Help Desk Administration

- Oversees all IT-related purchasing and budget usage; works with accounting to develop budgets.
- Holds responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field and five years management/leadership experience. Master’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred
Experience with MS windows configuration, installation, maintenance, support, troubleshooting of TCP/IP networks supporting VoIP telephony, microcomputers and other systems; systems development, complex project management, knowledge of network hardware, client/server technology, Internet/intranets.
