Aged Care Director of Nursing (DON)/Facility Manager wanted!!

The Client

This is a premier aged care provider, situated near the trendy city of Melbourne. Existing as a not-for profit organisation, and seeking an accomplished  adept director of nursing to direct a team of professionals; and maintain quality in care provision.

The Role

This position requires a skilled expert in the aged care arena to manage, delegate, and coordinate a team of professionals at the facility.  

You will need to:

• Regularly manage evaluate policies procedures
• Ensure compliance performance benchmarks are in place
• Be accustomed to ACFI documentation maintain KPI'S
• Facilitate learning develop a supportive environment
• Utilise exceptional interpersonal skills

The successful applicant will have:

• Current Nursing Registration -AHPRA
• Proven Senior Management experience within Aged Care Services
• Strong clinical documentation skills
• Good understanding of ACFI, Aged Care Accreditation  Legislation policies
• Excellent Communication Organisation skill
• Good working knowledge of Budgets Finances
