Job Description:
Director of Nursing Needed for Extremely Fast-Paced, Short-Term Rehabilitation Center in Los Angeles.
If you are a Director of Nursing who has extensive management and director-level experience and has maintained your patient oriented, hands-on, skill-set, please consider the follow role.
What you need for this position:
- passion for working with the elderly
- experience managing a staff of 2+ nurses
- up-to-date and current hands-on nursing experience
What you'll be doing:
- providing direction for continued program development, policy development, and procedures development
- managing the implementation process of any new and ongoing programs and policies
- continuing education and staff development programs aimed at ongoing improvement of the staff and overall center
- involvement in the budget, staff meetings, and staff evaluation
