Job description Second level manager responsible for managing production activities to ensure efficient utilization and synchronization of raw materials, equipment and personnel in meeting mfg requirements. Recommends and executes process and equipment improvements to increase labor/material efficiencies, product quality, and new product introduction. May be responsible for multiple functions (i.e., planning, maintenance or mfg engineering). May set productivity/shrinkage goals
