$150-180K + Bonus
Prestigious health/homecare conglomerate seeks Masters Degree from accredited school of Nursing with 10+years home care experience (which may include CHHA, LTHHCP, AHCP or Hospice setting). Must have current license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in NY State. Prepare, propose and implement long and short term range plans for patient service operations. Assure agency complies with federal, state and city regulations governing home health patient care services. Knowledge of statutory and regulatory changes effecting the delivery of home health services and ability to advise staff and board members. Prepare and present diversified reports. Maintain financial integrity of patient services. Work with VP of Clinical Operations, oversee financial functions of patient services and evaluate ongoing budget. Make appropriate recommendations for budget allocations and modifications. Propose, research and implement creative strategies. Provide leadership and direction for staff reporting to patient services administration. Supervise, evaluate and develop assigned personnel. Manage clinical managers. Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of teams. Responsible for policies and procedures and applicable laws. Interview, hire and train employees as well as plan, assign and direct work and resolve problems. Analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
