Job Description - Director of Strategy Corporate Development.
The successful candidate is to assume this position will develop and execute the strategic plan for Europe. The responsibilities of the role is essentially responsible for conceptualising and executing market expansion strategies.
Responsibilities could include:
- Develop the European strategy, taking into account customer needs, the current market; in terms of geographies and competition.
- Evaluate potential market launches, investments, strategic partnerships, and/or MA activities that help realise the companies European strategy.
- Project manage any Corporate Development activities. Including rounding up the relevant teams.
Desired Skills Experience:
- At least 6 years of experience, ideally from a leading management consulting firm. Applicant must have an MBA
- Ideal candidate will also have experience within MA (ideally from an Investment bank), in terms of deal sourcing, assessment and valuation, negation, due diligence and integration.
- Understanding of consumer, industrial and business services key drivers
- Very strong communication skills, presentation skills and influential abilities.
