The development of the current and future leadership team is crucial and therefore we have been appointed by our client to search for a Senior Organisation Development Specialist to spearhead the leadership development agenda.
Major Bank - Global Role - Develop the Senior Leadership Group
Reporting to the Global Head of Organisation Development, based in Singapore, this exciting appointment will work closely with the senior executive team to build up the organisations' leadership capability across its multiple operations. With a strong focus on the Asia, extensive travel may be required. Your major responsibilities will include:
- Setting up individually tailored performance plans through one-on-one facilitation and coaching for some of the top leaders in the Group
- Designing and delivering bespoke leadership programs through workshops and off-sites, providing on-going support and follow-up sessions
- Identifying where OD interventions will add significant value and sourcing specialist help - internally and externally
- Actively contributing to a significant change management agenda
- Contribute to the design and facilitation of Group executive development programs
You will be a senior HR professional with a strong Organisational Development bias to your background. Previous international exposure is a strong advantage. Particular expertise in coaching, management and leadership development, as well as organisational design is also important. You will demonstrate a strong consultative and strategic approach and have previous experience working with the top level of management. Above all, you must have a 'hands-on' and results driven approach, high levels of initiative and gravitas and an ability to drive change.
