DIRECTOR, PRODUCT OPERATIONS
The Director, Product Operations provides support for a functional area of the Product Operations team to ensure superior operational delivery for client program needs. In support of multiple client accounts, this position interfaces strongly with Client Program Managers and the TLC Supply Chain organization. This position is responsible for supporting the operational discipline, processes and methodologies to ensure we deliver on our client commitments. This position will be responsible for exceeding client expectations, coordinating Client initiatives and managing key performance indicators. The role also identifies new opportunities to drive value and integration between the client and Asurion. Responsibilities Serves as a single point of contact between Client teams and Supply Chain (Quality and Logistics areas) for client issues and/or projects; understands client requirements and objectives; translates client requirements into operational requirements to functional group Develops, prioritizes and communicates the functional strategy for client program support. Effectively manages across functions to create broad participation and buy-in to the product initiatives and management process Manages cross-functional resources in Supply Chain to ensure delivery of assigned client / internal initiatives and client KPI's Identifies efficiencies or improvements across all clients through consolidation/coordination of similar client requests into like set of requirements Responsible for superior client and customer service experience; analyzes the program results to ensure customer commitments are met Maintains a reasonable assessment of client and customer needs to help drive customer satisfaction Responsible for optimizing program performance and program modifications based on service delivery analysis. This includes optimizing self-help delivery and driving continuous improvement to the business Responsible for successful delivery of client contractual requirements and ownership of key product KPIs Demonstrates the interpersonal skills to interface well with client and all other disciplines of the business at all levels Leads projects end-to-end to meet client commitments; driving results is critical in this role Communicates effectively and influences up and down the chain of command; leads teams through change or solve complex problems Responsible for making sound client- and subscriber-impacting decisions that benefits both Asurion and our clients
