Director, Revenue Cycle recruitment
Accountabilities
• Directing of Manila billing support center, ensuring that local management meets operational targets, and that all invoices are sent to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
• Management of regional billing staff responsible for system management and escalation of client support issues.
• Management of global contracts administration function.
• Management of global collections teams charged with minimizing write-offs and overall Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Delegation of support for Sales / RM in resolving billing-related inquiries.
• Coordination with Accounting and Decision Support to ensure proper recording and recognition of revenue.
• Coordination with BIS for any system-related upgrades or issues.
• Manage revenue cycle-related compliance and audit activities, including SAS70, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), Internal Audit, and annual outside financial statement audits.
• Manage staff performance, hiring replacements, and ensuring the professional development of all staff members.
• Planning and delivery of the revenue cycle function’s annual goals, objectives, and tactics.
• Management of the global revenue cycle actual expenses vs. budget

Experience:
• Degree educated
• Experience leading teams of ten or more; preferably in a global environment
• Deep experience managing revenue Cycle / Order to cash in a transaction environment; technology or related sector experience preferred
• Bonaire REVPORT billing software or equivalent
• MS Office (particularly EXCEL to high level)
• SAP or other General Ledger system experience preferred
• Thorough understanding of billing, A/R, and contracts management practices
