About Our Client
Our client a Leading Global specialty finance company with a globally renowned brand is expanding its operations in Singapore. We are currently inviting highly experienced candidates to apply for the position of Director - Structured Finance/Syndicated Loans origination.
Job Description
- You will be in charge of originating bilateral loans or syndicated loan opportunities from large cap multi-national corporations based in Singapore
- Your area of focus will include Asset-Based Lending, Capex related loans and Loans secured by equipment
- You will work closely with the European and global teams and leverage a suite of existing relationships
- You will be able to structure complex cross-border financing deals
- Oversee the execution of mandated deals
- Liaise closely with the capital market teams to syndicate transactions where required
The Successful Applicant
- At least 10 years experience originating structured finance products, especially asset-based lending and complex cross-border large-ticket transactions
- Strong deal origination skills on the debt side with prior experience in Asia is essential
- A well developed network among Singapore based MNCs is an advantage
- Expertise in structuring debt transactions and well developed analytical skills
