Role requires the individual to manage key Mandatory Change The Bank programs that will address European (EMIR) and Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore) Regulatory Requirements against Swaps Data Repository (SDR) and Real-Time Reporting (RTR). Program major deliverables are to ensure FX Forwards and Options transactions are integrated with SDR and provide necessary data content and format to allow for Real-Time Reporting to take place as mandated by Regulators in 2013. In addition, role will focus on support of MCTB and Discretionary Change The Bank Initiatives in Asia working in conjunction with ORC on cross-asset class program providing FX SME input ensuring the delivery of regulatory reporting. The individual will be expected to work across Operations, IT and BU to ensure the successful delivery of programs and provide stakeholder management to FX Senior Management in the region.

The role requires the candidate to have an understanding of system architecture principles, project management fundamentals and process analysis and design best practices. The need to balance work on multiple projects will make this role complex, challenging and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities:
- Business process definition, analysis solution design
- Assemble data and perform analysis on the impact of current business decisions on FX Operations
- Articulate outcome of analysis in a clear and concise manner Design recommendations/solutions to address current and future FX Operations needs, based on analysis Project/programme management
- Lead and/or support specific projects to improve FX Operations systems and operational processes, including:
a) Defining business requirements for process enhancements and/or technical improvements
b) Managing, tracking and resolving issues that may arise during the course of the project implementation timeframe (from analysis through to implementation)
c) Writing and executing test scripts to validate changes implemented by IT Creating project plans to organize and manage project/program streams; work with stakeholders to prioritize work and drive milestones
d) Managing stakeholder expectations, including creating reporting templates and establishing status meetings as needed to create transparency on project progress, accomplishments and potential issues /risks

Skills Required:
- Demonstrable experience in process re-engineering/improvement, business analysis and project management
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work within tight delivery timeframes
- Fluency with all MS Office tools, including Access, Project, and Visio

Skills Desired:
- Experience working in a PMO
- Understanding of FX processing within a financial institutional
- Familiarity with FX-related products and Operations
